Dianne Kocer, Editor, Public Relations

Lou and I have lived in three areas of Mexico, two coastal and now Lakeside. This area is by far the most stimulating.  I have not always been an ardent environmental activist but don’t remember a time in my adult life that I have not been passionate about the need to curb population growth and conserve fresh water. My BA and MA are in Education but my heart is in making sure that I live by Gandhi's dictum "Be the change you want to see in the world."
